✔️ Rates: Session rates are posted below. Please be aware of minor variability depending on the counsellor.

🕒 Cancellations + Rescheduling: If a session is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason less than 48 hours prior to the appointment or in the event of non-attendance, the full session fee applies. This is because it leaves a significant hole in the therapist’s day along with prep time that could have been used for another client. Alongside providing the best help for our clients, we also want to provide the best experience for our team members - which includes a consistent schedule.

❗Important Info: - Not all therapists offer new client consultations at this time. - Therapists who schedules are labelled “contact us to book” are no longer taking new clients or taking on a limited number of new clients. - If you are a current client who would like to book in, please email us the date and time and we will book you in. Feel free to email us for any clarification. - Not all therapists offer counselling sessions in-person. Please check their offerings by clicking on their specific photo. - Counselling services provided by Intern or Pre-Qualifying Counsellors are typically not covered by insurance providers.
