✔️ Rates: Session rates are posted below. Please be aware of minor variability depending on the counsellor.

🕒 Cancellations + Rescheduling: If a session is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason less than 48 hours prior to the appointment or in the event of non-attendance, the full session fee applies. This is because it leaves a significant hole in the therapist’s day along with prep time that could have been used for another client. Alongside providing the best help for our clients, we also want to provide the best experience for our team members - which includes a consistent schedule.

❗Important Info: - Not all therapists offer new client consultations at this time. - Therapists who schedules are labelled “contact us to book” are no longer taking new clients or taking on a limited number of new clients. - If you are a current client who would like to book in, please email us the date and time and we will book you in. Feel free to email us for any clarification. - Not all therapists offer counselling sessions in-person. Please check their offerings by clicking on their specific photo. - Counselling services provided by Intern or Pre-Qualifying Counsellors are typically not covered by insurance providers.

Free New Client Consultation

Meet your potential counsellor to determine if they are the right fit! Consultations are completed virtually on JaneApp through a secure video link. The link to join the session can be found in an email from JaneApp that is sent approximately 1 hour before the start of the session. **Due to capacity concerns, not all of our therapists are able to offer consultations at this time.**

In-Person Counselling

Speak to your counsellor about what that brought you into our office.

Virtual Counselling

Support from the comfort and safety of your own home. Virtual counselling sessions are completed virtually on JaneApp through a secure video link. The link to join the session can be found in an email from JaneApp that is sent approximately 1 hour before the start of the session.

EMDR Counselling

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess traumatic or distressing memories, reducing their emotional impact and promoting lasting relief.

ICBC Counselling

We offer counselling services for ICBC clients within the first 12 weeks from the date of their accident. As per the ICBC’s Enhanced Accident Benefits, a total number of 12 counselling sessions are pre-authorized if completed within the first 12 weeks from the date of the accident. If it has been longer than 12 weeks, services may still be approved. Contact us via email to find out more.

Intern Counselling [Reduced Rate]

Intern or Pre-Qualifying Counsellors are completing their master’s degree in counselling, accumulating clinical hours, or awaiting registration approval.
